Terms of Service

MockStation is a cloud-hosted API mocking platform that turns API specifications into mock endpoints, generates test data, and provides team collaboration and analytics. We may update, improve, or modify features over time.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for your organization members' use of the Service. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

• Free trial. New accounts include a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start.
• Paid plans. After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan (from $9/month). Prices are shown at checkout.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Upgrades & downgrades. Upgrades take effect immediately with proration on your next invoice. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Taxes. Prices exclude taxes unless stated; you are responsible for applicable taxes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Exceed plan limits through circumvention, or disrupt or overload the Service.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or any malware.
• Use mock endpoints to deceive end users into believing they are production services.
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties except for your own organization's use.

You retain ownership of the API specifications, configurations, and data you upload (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for the legality of your Customer Content.

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by MockStation and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; no other rights are granted.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Mock endpoints are intended for development and testing, not production traffic.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MockStation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date and, where appropriate, notified by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
